28 Oct THE SWEATER EDIT
Greek summers are long and endless.
Especially for someone who craves sweater-weather like mychelf.
There’s no better feeling than snuggling up in a buttery soft oversized jumper and heading out the door with a hot cup of coffee sprinkled with a dash of cinnamon.
Actually, the only thing that can make this even better is sustainable garments. One less thing to worry about, one extra feel-good factor!
Cosy, luxurious wardrobe classics, crafted from recycled fabrics in the most sustainable way.
I love layering textures; since everything I own is monochromatic, I have only the luxurious textures to play with.
I love exquisite craftsmanship and sensually oversized, flowing silhouettes.
Timeless pieces in neutral, muted shades with a Scandinavian flare and a minimalistic essence. For me, it’s all about effortless, stylish separates, relaxed, gender-fluid shapes and forward-thinking design.
Pieces that I can wear on rotation without having to think about it too much.
As I was browsing Atterley’s well-curated collection of luscious knits I thought I would share with you my top picks for the season.

The fashion industry has grown by leaps and bounds over the past few years, sustainability-wise.
In an effort to re-use rather than produce more, an outgrowing number of brands rely on ethically sourced materials, recycled fabrics and less wasteful manufacturing techniques to design and create high-quality, thoughtfully crafted garments.
And Atterley made it easier to be sustainable with your style as they highlight the change-making, ethical and environmentally friendly labels shaping the future of fashion with their clean green style credentials.

Posted at 00:53h, 29 OctoberHere in South Texas in the US, summer lasts a long time too and I love it. I hate cold weather. It’s just starting to cool off now here and I started pulling out sweaters. I could use a new one, and try to shop sustainability when I can. I’ll have to see if they are available here.

Posted at 20:31h, 29 OctoberI love all of the cozy sweaters. I’ve been (slowly) moving away from fast fashion and towards a sustainable wardrobe. Learning about companies that are ethically sourcing materials and labor is so helpful and inspiring.

Posted at 22:58h, 29 OctoberI’m so happy to hear that Christa! I think that if we all take small steps towards a more sustainable direction the fashion industry will change radically!

Posted at 12:24h, 31 OctoberWearing a sweater is like getting a soft, woolen hug. I like to wear them in cold autumn, winter, and spring here, in Lithuania.
