find the perfect swimwear
Defying trends and choosing elegant, timeless pieces that you can wear on repeat, whether you are a keen swimmer or showing up at the beach or poolside only to attend events- just like me.
Never forgo comfort. The right swimwear will channel relaxed confidence, which is utterly chic. A sleek, black one-piece conveys feminity and requires minimal effort.
Refresh your skin care kit with key products and high-performance formulas that will protect you from the sun and urban pollution. A good sun cream, high SPF, a serum to nourish, soothe and age-proof, an indulgent moisturizer that tackles your specific needs and a versatile oil that you can use on your face, body or hair.
Be kind to your hair. Keep your routine very simple. The most questions that I get on my editorials are about my hair. It’s all about the dry oils, simple as that. I don’t mess with my hair. I sleep in a bun and use a dry oil every day. I don’t use heat to style my hair unless I’m on a shoot and they stylist has something specific in mind. I go for performance-driven formulas, in my experience the thicker the consistency of the oil the better.
Think of the bigger picture. The feel-good factor, the things that make you feel content and blissful. Uncomplicated rituals, ‘Less but Better’ kind of mindset, a luxury that relies on potent ingredients, not trends.
Enjoy a care-free summer, let go of the unnecessary, play by your own rules, refuse to compromise, make changes, work on having the confidence to be unapologetically you. There’s no one like you.
