26 Dec Essential UnderThings | A Complete Bra Wardrobe for Minimalists
How Many is Too Many and How Many do we Actually Need?
THE MAGIC NUMBER IS 3 (PLUS ONE)
Your lingerie should be as well curated as as your capsule wardrobe.
Find a simple smooth T-Shirt bra that fits perfectly, has sufficient support and features removable straps for multi-way positioning to maximize your investment.
Memory foam technology is the best option available today, they fit as though they were made for you and they feel very luxurious on.
Get one in black and one in your personal perfect nude shade.
Next invest in a good quality silicon-free stapless bra, that stays put. Opt for innovative woven materials and avoid silicon to let your skin breath. Molded cups are the best choice ,they look great, provide structure and are very comfortable as well.
Keep lace and other details to a minimum.
Less is more.
Plus One?
Consider your lifestyle needs. How often do you attend formal events? Consider gowns, necklines, low cuts, eveningwear…When your normal bras won’t do,turn to a forth, final option.
A self-Adhesive stick-on bra.
I am intentionally leaving sport bras out of this post since they belong in a different category on their own.

What’s your magic number?
I have been wearing Marks & Spencer Bras for years and I love their high-quality standards. This is not a sponsored post, just me sharing things I love and trust.

Posted at 04:28h, 08 JulyIt’s always good to have the essentials, and to stick to neutral colors. I don’t own many either, and I have them in beige, black, and brown. The self-adhesive stick-on bra is very helpful and convenient during events, too. Thanks for writing this post!

Posted at 11:24h, 08 JulyThanks for sharing! May be a weird question but how often do you end up doing laundry with 3 main bras? I always worry they’ll wear down faster the more often you wear them too.
